Donald Hunter has over thirty-five years of experience in Operational Management, Organizational Structure, Manpower, Resource Integration, and Human Resources Management for the Department of Defense (DoD) and Department of the Army (DA). Additionally, Mr. Hunter has a thorough understanding of HR laws, policies, procedures, concepts, and regulations covering DOD civilian and military personnel. Mr. Hunter served in the United States Army for twenty-one years and six months. He retired from the Army in June 2007 at the rank of Sergeant Major (E-9). His last assignment was as the Army Element J1 Sergeant Major for NORAD/USNORTHCOM located in Colorado Springs, Co. After his retirement, Mr. Hunter served as a DA Civilian and retired from Civil Service as a GS-15 serving as the Management Support Division Chief for the Army Human Resources Command (HRC) located at Fort Knox, Kentucky.
